Years of talk with no traction

the opportunity

Two non-profits with like-minded missions were stuck in a holding pattern. For years, they had discussed combining entities in some way or another. With dozens of board members and executives holding a diverse range of views on the future, there had been lots of conversations but minimal progress.

They engaged Mess Hill as a neutral facilitator responsible for guiding them from paralysis to making a shared decision about their futures.
